TAILA retrieves relevant data from the active platform component - strengths, development areas, talent profiles, analytics metrics.

Prompt Construction

Peopletree middleware converts data into predefined, secure prompt structures. Personal identifiers are replaced with masked placeholders before any AI processing.

AI Processing

Masked prompts are transmitted securely to Azure OpenAI (West Germany region). GPT generates narrative responses. No fine-tuning. No data retention. Fully stateless.

Output Delivery

Validated, human-readable narratives are rendered inside the active platform component. Outputs are recommendations that support decision-making - they do not automate it.

Principle 7: Protect Data

We safeguard all people data, ensuring it is used ethically, securely, and in alignment with applicable privacy regulations. All TAILA processing occurs within Microsoft Azure's West Germany region (EU data residency). Data is pseudonymised before model input, encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), and never retained at the AI layer.
