A leading player in consumer lending and the largest financial conglomerate in Central America, with a workforce of 15,000 employees, needed to realign its workforce for digital transformation across multiple countries. The challenge was to identify behavioural strengths, communicate new role requirements, and connect the right people to new digital roles - at scale, across multiple countries, and within tight deadlines.

The Solution

Peopletree Group used Talentprint to establish a starting point and determine who would be suited to the new digital roles. 15,000 employees completed behavioural assessments, and questions related to their primary role responsibilities were incorporated. Behavioural analytics were used at every stage of the project, with appropriate views designed for different stakeholder groups. Individual reports helped employees understand their strengths and how they aligned to the new digital roles. Manager dashboards provided team-level insights to support placement decisions. Executive views gave leadership a consolidated view of organisational readiness for digital transformation.
