A leading mobile network operator with over 300 million subscribers needed to define and communicate its leadership model across 17 markets in 4 languages. Employees were not clear on what leadership behaviours were valued by the business, or how they compared against the attributes identified for success. There was no common language for describing and discussing strengths.

The Challenge

The Solution

Peopletree Group designed a custom online solution that produced two focused outputs. The first was a three-part report that enabled better development conversations between line managers and employees - identifying opportunities to boost performance and providing insights into future potential roles. The second report was structured around the company's leadership model and desired leadership behaviours, allowing employees to assess themselves against leadership skills, find out what they could do to develop them, and access expert online coaching advice. This solution was built around a value-chain mindset and helped integrate performance with talent reviews and leadership development. The information was used by recruitment teams to make smarter decisions about internal mobility and deployment.
